Built-in vacuum valve reduces the air inside by about 60%, limiting oxygen exposure and helping preserve aroma and flavour. Simply press the central vacuum pump button a few times until the button sits about 5mm above the lid. This action expels air and slows down staling.

If you hear a small hissing sound when you press the small release button beside the pump, the jar is in a vacuum state. Note that the larger button's rebound does not affect the vacuum; if in doubt, press the small button to check. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

Materials, sizes and care

Made from high borosilicate glass with a food-grade PP lid and a silicone sealing ring, the jar is durable and food safe. The bottle body resists temperatures from -20°C to 300°C while the lid is rated to 70°C; remove the lid for high-temperature heating.

Available in 500ml, 900ml, 1200ml and 1800ml sizes to suit different needs. Hand wash only — the integrated vacuum pump is not dishwasher safe.
